Driver must be above 23 years old with a minimum of 2 years valid driving license, (an International driving license is required for foreigner people, plus a personal identification card). Drivers between 21 & 23 years old may rent with a USD 20 surcharge for rental. |

For an additional driver, an extra fee of USD 10 per rental is applicable. |
| Insurance |

All risk insurance coverage with a deductible damage franchise per accident up to :
USD 300 for category : ECC
USD 500 for categories : A, B1, B2,I1, P,
USD 800 for categories : C1, C2, D, I2, I3, J, Q
USD 1500 for categories : E, F, G, K, L ,O
USD 5000 for categories : H, I4, M, N
15% from the car value will be charged in case of total loss or theft. |

Optional insurance (CDW):
The extra coverage insurance should be chosen at the beginning of the rental period.
USD 5 daily for categories: ECC, A, B1, B2, I1 P, reduces the deductible to USD 200.
USD 8 daily for categories: C1, C2, D, I2, I3, J, Q reduces the deductible to USD 300.
USD 12 daily for categories: E, F, G, K, L, O reduces the deductible to USD 500.
N.B.:
• The deductible amount will be charged for each accident.
• War invasion & hold up are not covered by the insurance.
• Not applicable for the total loss or theft.

Full payment should be made in advance.
Guarantee deposit by credit card is a must, as follows:
USD 500 for categories: ECC, A,B1,B2, I1,P,
USD 800 for categories: C1, C2, D, I2, I3, J, Q
USD 1500 for categories: E, F, G, K, L ,O
USD 5000 for categories: H, I4, M, N (with 2 separate credit cards)

Rates do NOT include:

VAT is excluded from all rates. VAT will be added on the total invoice.
Gasoline (any difference will be charged in addition to a 10% services).
Radio, traffic fines and personal effects (baggage, antenna, tires, etc…) are not covered by the insurance.
The deductible amount in case of accidents. |
Rental Period:
|
|
Minimum duration for any rental is 24 hours, each excess of this period will automatically be charged as a full day.
Unlimited free mileage is applicable for 3 days rental and above.
Limited mileage of 150Km/day applies on 1 and 2 days rental; otherwise an extra mileage fee will be charged as follows:
USD 0.2 for categories: ECC, A, B1, B2, I1, P
USD 0.3 for categories: C1, C2, D, I2, I3, J, Q
USD 0.6 for categories: E, F, G, K, L ,O
USD 0.8 for categories: H, I4, M, N

High & low season period:
|
|
Rates may vary from season to season as follows:
• High season: summer, Fitr, Adha, Christmas, New Year, Easter and special events.
• Low season: time to save money, the off-season period.
Rates as are subject to change without prior notice.

| Delivery & Collection |

In Beirut Area: Free delivery during working hours; otherwise USD 15 delivery charge will be charged during closure hours & holidays.
Outside Beirut Area: USD 25 delivery charge will be charged each way; otherwise (USD 35 delivery charge will be charged each way during closure hours & holidays).
In Airport: USD 10 pick-up charge will be charged.

|

It is a special service based on renting cars up to 3 years period; therefore City Car rent a car created the Long Term Rental Department in order to handle your fleet on a high level of professionalism.
This service is characterized by a fixed monthly rate that covers registration, insurances, full maintenance and replacement.
